The short version

Your checklists stay inside Atlassian. We never receive a copy, and nothing is sent to any outside server.

Where your data lives

• Checklists are saved with each work item in your Jira site (as Jira work item properties). They follow Jira's permissions, backups, data residency and site migrations, and are removed with the work item.
• Templates and settings are kept in Atlassian-hosted app storage for your site, on Atlassian's Forge platform.
• Data residency follows your Jira site and Atlassian's Forge platform.

Personal data

Checkwright stores Atlassian account IDs only where you put them: the person an item is assigned to, and who completed or changed an item. Names and avatars are looked up from Jira each time and never stored by the app.

What we do not do

• We do not send data to outside servers. The app makes no external connections.
• We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking in the app.
• We do not sell or share data, because we never hold any.
